Note: All project plan sets can be customized to meet each client's individual needs and desires.

 

·  Residential

All residential plan sets are completed to satisfy local building officials and financial institutions.  Basic drawings included are site plan, floor plan, building elevations, door and window schedules, typical wall sections, electrical layout and hvac layout.  Some more complex designs call for additional drawings or specifications which will allow for more precise instructions on how to construct the custom aspects of your home. This set will help insure that the details of your vision are realized.

 

·  Small Commercial

Small Commercial buildings, as defined by my legal limitations, are classified as any building under 5,000 square feet in size. However, with the involvement of a structural engineer, we may take on projects over the 5,000 square foot limit. My experience allows me to assist you in the design aspects of many different types of commercial buildings. All consultants, such as civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, can be involved on any project as needed.

 

·  Renovations & Additions

Many homeowners and businesses want to enlarge or update their building instead of selling and building a new one. This can be the best option for some, but, depending on the extent of addition or change desired, renovations or additions can be more costly than originally expected. There are many factors that can affect the cost.  During the free consultation, we can discuss your desires while analyzing existing conditions and see what the best option is for your specific situation.

 

·  Basic Drafting & Consulting

Short-term drafting services are provided for most types of engineering disciplines, as well. Please contact us for software compatibility.

Design consulting services are also available. These services are meant to help with basic design and technical aspects of building projects. Consultations do not include any technical drawing services.

 

·  Fees

All projects are billed hourly with varying rates depending on the services provided.  An estimate for your project can be provided after the free consultation, so please contact me to set up an appointment.
